Why so much cheaper than Intuit?

We do one thing — categorization throughput — so we don't pay engineers to build a CRM, a tax engine, and an email composer. Intuit's $149/mo bundles features you may already have or not want. Our Pro plan at $49/seat with unlimited books prices a 5-seat firm at $2,940/year vs Intuit's $5,148/year for the equivalent.

Is there a free tier?

No free forever tier — we found bookkeepers undervalue tools they don't pay for and the support load was unsustainable. 14-day pilots are full Pro access, no card required. If you can't validate the workflow in 14 days, we're probably not the right fit.

What counts as a “seat” vs a “book”?

A seat is a person at your firm — a bookkeeper, admin, or reviewer. A book is one of your clients' QBO companies. On Pro, you pay per seat and have unlimited books. A 4-person firm with 60 client books pays $196/month, not $196 × 60.

Will it cost more as my firm grows?

Yes, when you add seats. No, when you add books — that's the whole point. We grow with your team, not with your client list.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancellations are immediate; we refund unused annual time minus a flat $50 processing fee.

Do you offer non-profit / education discounts?
