Pricing · per location · unlimited seats

Priced per location. Like your work is.

Unlimited seats — we don't charge you for having colleagues. A $30/day drawer shortage is $11,000 a year your client can't prove; one caught leak pays for the year. And the price you sign at is the price you renew at.

Per-location pricing means your bill is your book of business. Here it is, exactly — next to what one unreconciled drawer costs.

locations

Unlimited seats at any count — the whole firm on every book, no per-user math.

Core · 12 × $40$480/mo
Plus · 12 × $70$840/mo
A full year of Core · $480 × 12$5,760/yr
One location's $30-a-day drawer leak$10,950/yr

A year of Core for all 12 locations costs less than one location's unproven drawer leak.

Why per location instead of per seat?

Because that's how restaurant bookkeeping is actually priced — you bill per location, Uncat charges per client, Double charges per client. Per-seat pricing punishes you for having colleagues. A location is the unit of work: its POS reports, its drawer counts, its tip rollforward, its books. Seats are unlimited on every plan.

What exactly counts as a “location”?

One physical restaurant with its own POS reporting and its own daily close. A three-location restaurant group is three locations even if it's one QBO file. A ghost kitchen with two brands on one POS is one location. When it's ambiguous we resolve it in your favor.

Is there a free tier?

No free forever tier — bookkeepers undervalue tools they don't pay for and the support load was unsustainable. Instead: send one month of files and we return a findings report in 48 hours, free, no card. If the findings don't justify $40/location, don't buy.

Will it cost more as my firm grows?

Only when your clients add locations — which is exactly when your billing grows too. Adding bookkeepers, reviewers, or admins costs nothing on any plan.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancellations are immediate; we refund unused annual time minus a flat $50 processing fee.

Do you offer non-profit / education discounts?

Yes — 30% off Plus for 501(c)(3) organizations and AICPA-accredited educational programs. Email sales@ledgerinbox.com with proof.

Every unreconciled month is cash nobody can account for.

Open your books and see the shortages, the tip drift and the vendors — before you decide anything.
