- Restraint is the feature. We refuse to build a CRM, a tax engine, or a chat product. Doing one thing well is the wedge.
- Bookkeepers are power users. They notice every wasted keystroke. We respect that.
- Honest math beats moonshot decks. Our ceiling is a $15–35M ARR business with a meaningful exit.
- Small team forever. Probably never more than 12 people. Each hire matters.

The first hires will likely be a founding engineer and a bookkeeper-turned-customer-success partner — both will be posted here with real comp, real equity, and a real interview process when the time is right.
