We're a solo team right now. No open roles posted, no comp bands published, no calendar invites going out for interviews. When that changes this page will have real listings. Until then, the page exists so you know what we're about — and so you can flag yourself for the future.
What we believe
- Restraint is the feature. We refuse to build a CRM, a tax engine, or a chat product. Doing one thing well is the wedge.
- Bookkeepers are power users. They notice every wasted keystroke. We respect that.
- Honest math beats moonshot decks. Our ceiling is a $15–35M ARR business with a meaningful exit. We tell investors that and they fund us anyway.
- Small team forever. Probably never more than 12 people. Each hire matters.
Open roles
None right now. We're heads-down shipping the v1 product and onboarding the first paying firms. The first hires will likely be a founding engineer and a bookkeeper-turned-customer-success partner — both will be posted here with real comp, real equity, and a real interview process when the time is right.
